On Suturday 19th of October,2013 Andrew Felix Kaweesi,the commandant of Kampala Metropolitant Police, spent most of the day traversing Kikuubo Business Community. He met with different stakeholders and it was ressolved that check points be put at all entrances.Monday(today) came and the main gates had poorly dressed mean looking 'nigas'.They have no name tags,neither do they have uniforms nor metal detectors. So many a people found themselves in a situation where strangers had to feel their heeps with no clear information! In one of the many incidents,one man had to take off and leave his belongings behind,why he wasn't aware of them and they touched him unexpectedly. This place, being a pickpockecters' hub,these 'nigas' have had to endure some insults for they were mistakenly taken to be pickpocketers(you can't blame them). Lastly, All Arcades have alternative entrances that connect to Kikuubo but
